[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is working with its Member Institutions to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Cleaning Services in Greater London and the South East of England (Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex). LUPC is made up of universities and colleges, as well as government agencies, research organisations and museums and other cultural establishments. Member Institutions of LUPC’s sister consortium, Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC), that are based in the Greater London or the South East of England will also be able to use this Framework Agreement. A full list of SUPC’s Member Institutions may be found at: [supc.ac.uk](http://www.supc.ac.uk/about-us/our-members/our-members) The Consortium wishes to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Cleaning Services split into three lots. - Lot 1One Stop Shop Cleaning and Associated Support Services This lot includes the option of buying all or some of the included core cleaning services across the full range of buildings within Member Institutions’ Premises. This includes but is not limited to office areas, academic and ancillary buildings and the cleaning and servicing of residences. This lot will also include the option of buying all or some of the following included associate support services; pest control, feminine hygiene, washroom services, waste management, porterage, high level cleaning, and window cleaning. - Lot 2Residential Cleaning Services (Student & Staff Accommodation) This lot covers servicing requirements for student, staff and conference residences within Member Institutions’ Premises. Occupation can vary considerably at different times of the year. It involves the Supplier providing a flexible service in order to accommodate the differing levels of occupation and service level requirements. - Lot 3Non-Residential Cleaning Services This lot includes the option of buying all or some of the included core cleaning services across a range of buildings within Member Institutions’ Premises. This includes but is not limited to office areas, academic and ancillary buildings. It does not include any residential cleaning. The Consortium anticipates that it will enter into a Framework Agreement with five Providers in each case for all three lots. We will be using the cleaning services requirements of the University of Westminster as a case study for the Framework. Please note that the Case Study pricing submitted in response to this tender needs to be capable of acceptance as a call-off contract by the University of Westminster. The University of Westminster may award their contract to the tenderer of the most economically advantageous mini –tender in either Lot 1, 2 or 3, or any combination of the three lots.
