Scope of Works - The enabling works will comprise of the following: ### Site 1 – Carlton St. MSCP - Site Clearance and Hoarding/Fencing to form the Site Compound for the Demolition Contractor - Site Clearance, Fencing and Surfacing to form the Temporary Car Park in Turl St. - Fencing of the Temporary Bus Park in Turl St. - Road construction, Line Markings, Fencing and Building Works to form Temporary Bus Route from Turl St to Carfax Close. - Road and Pavement construction to widen Bus Exit from Bus Station to Manchester Rd. - All associated Street Works including widening of highway, dropped kerbs, street signage and formation of new temporary junction. ### Site 2 – Wyvern MSCP - Hoarding/Fencing and Festoon Lighting to form the Site Compound for the Demolition Contractor, Police Car Park and BT Car Park in Princess St Car Park - All associated Street Works including dropped kerbs and street signage.
