The service includes a diverse range of tasks, with the requirement of both a regional presence and a central contact centre & processing centre. The review is expected to provide expertise on an operating model that can be benchmarked with similar organisations, a focus on future proofing in line with the strategy of the organisation, whilst driving value for money and efficiencies.
