The services covered are: Building Management Systems, Caretaking, CCTV, Cleaning, Emergency lighting, Energy monitoring and reduction, Evacuation chairs, Fire alarm systems, Fire doors, Fire extinguishers, Fire Suppression system, Fixed electrical installations, Generators, Indoor air quality, Installed fixed plant, Intruder alarm/security systems, Lifts, Lightning protection, Main doors (automated/revolving), Portable appliance testing (PAT) and Water quality. The services are to be provided in the three main office buildings and a range of smaller buildings across the two Districts.
