The aim of the project is to help us better understand and articulate the needs of SMEs (our ‘customers’) in the context of our strategy, KPIs and capabilities/offer (our ‘services’). Our multidisciplinary team will bring together service design, user-research and business analysis. There is an overall shape/plan for the project, but there is scope to shape and refine activities and outputs together. We need a Service Designer to join our project team to LEAD and to SUPPORT some of our key activities.
