A potential bidder may bid for one, two or three lots. This may mean that one contractor is awarded all three lots, or two contractors are awarded three lots between them, or three separate contractors are awarded a lot each, depending on the outcome of the evaluation. The contract terms are similar for all lots, save that the Council have the On-Site Store Management requirement and there are different invoicing arrangements for Avon Fire and Rescue. .
