Due to the uncertain nature of our available budget, tenderers are invited to submit pricing for two Lots: Lot: 1 Solar PV installation excluding battery storage management ### Lot: 2 Solar PV including battery Storage management Both Lots will be evaluated, however only one Lot shall be awarded. The decision on which Lot to award will be based upon available funding, and the Council’s on-going energy strategy. The work to be undertaken in each Lot will occur in two phases. Phase: 1 will cover the initial two sites (the Town Hall and the Work Services Unit (Depot)) and will be expected to be completed by September 2015. Phase: 2 is comprised of 8 optional sites which may be called off-individually at the discretion of the Council, during the framework period. It is intended that both phases will be carried out during 2015/16 financial year (with Phase 2 being completed by 31 October 2016). However no firm commitment can be made regarding Phase 2 as it will be dependent upon budget availability and the Council’s on-going energy strategy. Whilst we have divided the overall requirement into 2 Lots, this does not preclude providers from bidding for multiple lots, if they feel that they can adequately deliver the various services required.
