The completed health suite will comprise of a steam room, sauna cabin, salt room, ice feature, relaxation area and feature showers. The successful contractor will be responsible for finalising elements of the design, compliance with Building Control requirements, the complete strip out and refurbishment of the area, including all associated mechanical and electrical works and installation and commissioning of the health suite equipment.
