The successful supplier will also be expected to provide the means of displaying and merchandising the products, as well as any other marketing information to promote them. The contract awarded as a result of this process will supply swimming goods only to the centres managed by the council. The centres managed by Places for People have their own arrangements. However, on 1st April 2018, the council will in-source all eleven Places for People managed facilities and will want to extend provision to these sites.
