Key activities include planning, scheduling work, monitoring and reporting progress to ICT Division Senior Management Team and Future Coastguard programme board. To manage a portfolio of projects currently in progress in order to deliver new infrastructure, platform and end user technology services which must be designed fit for purpose, installed in secure controlled environments and operate within service levels.
