The offices and community centres have evening meetings and functions/classes and therefore it is not practical to undertake cleaning services during this time. 1.5 The Tender evaluation will comprise a number of stages: - Evaluation of the financial aspect of the Bidders submission. - An assessment of quality and performance based on the submitted Method Statement, Management and Customer Care. - Possible interview assessment.
