The requirements of these services include: - Collect and deliver commodes and mobility aids from a Red Cross premises located in Crawley and deliver to customers; - Return collection and delivery of the above from customer addresses to a Red Cross premises; - Provide a packaging solution for commodes and mobility aids to ensure their safe transportation and to ensure that the collection and delivery services adheres to Good Industry Practice and all applicable legislation and regulations, as may be amended from time to time; \*Provide an online track and trace service and proof of delivery; \*A range of delivery options including same day and next day; \*Support services including a manned helpdesk and account management. This is a new service requirement for Red Cross within the London area and, as such, volumes cannot be guaranteed but an indicative figure is 10,000 deliveries per year (5,000 from Red Cross to customer and 5,000 from customer to Red Cross).
