The Aims and Objectives of this services is that the Provider(s) will: Deliver the ophthalmology outpatient and day case adult services including diagnostic and screening services; To work in line with the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Commissioned Services Policy ; Ensure achievement of the Referral To Treatment performance targets and mandatory national guidelineEnsure productivity, efficiency and value for money; Collaborate with referrers, other local providers and the Local Optical Committee to ensure pathways are seamless; Provide a regular on site Clinical Lead – Ophthalmology presence.
