Each event should provide an opportunity for professionals from one (or more) vanguard sites to work with another organisation in a different sector to obtain first-hand experience to their approach to specific issues, benefiting from a deeper understanding of the other’s structures, ways of working and operational constraints. The events should also provide an opportunity for enhanced networking and extended peer level contacts and networks across sectors.
