(Current number of applications 113) The programme is expected to commence in early July, and works must be completed and invoiced for by 18th September 2015. The contract will be managed on behalf of Southend Borough Council by AECOM, consultants. The Works are proposed to be let using an Open Procedure under the JCT Agreement for Minor Building Works with Contractors Design, 2011. Please submit your request to tender no later than 10.00am on Friday 12th June 2015. The tenders will be sent out on Friday 12th June 2015 with a return date of Tuesday 30th June 2015. The returned tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 60% for price, 40% for quality.
