The Contractor will be required to provide pest control treatment service for the following categories • Preventative Pest Control of Internal Communal Areas & External Grounds to specified blocks/ estates on a scheduled basis, which NHG will pay for. • Reactive Pest Control to specified blocks / estates/ communal areas or individual residential units that NHG will pay for. • Reactive Pest Control services that residents may elect to pay for. The contract will be divided into two lots, 1 lot covering Network Stadium, LSH & Riversmead and 1 lot covering Community Trust Housing or SW9. The contracts will be for a period of 3 years, extendable at the Client's option for up to 2 further consecutive periods of one year each.
