The Authority who are considering the disposal of part or whole of the site is seeking the services of a single Professional Consultancy Agent to advise, market and sell part or whole of the site at Temple Back. The Authority is considering advertising the Temple Back Site as three separate lots as follows:

- Headquarters Only (Lot A) – Approximately 1.3 acres
- Fire Station Only (Lot B) – Approximately 0.6 acres
