Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: All relevant documentation will be available to download through 'Blue Light'.

All communications should, in the first instance be transmitted through the

e-tendering portal 'Blue Light'. This portal holds the Pre Qualification

Questionnaire (PQQ) and associated documents. Completed PQQ should be submitted

along with any relevant supporting information electronically via the Blue
