Wiring Regulations Seventeenth Edition chapters 62-63 across the West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority Estate. A thorough visual inspection of the electrical installation will be carried out where practicable with regards to the following: • Safety • Wear and tear • Corrosion • Damage • Excessive loading (overload) • Age • External influences • Suitability All remedial works up to the value of £500.00 (Five Hundred Pounds Only) per site are permissible without authorisation as part of this contract.
