From time to time, throughout the contract period, Hertfordshire County Council will commission bespoke packages of work using the SMART Framework Agreement to place an order for a specific package of work to be undertaken by the Contractor on a design and build or build only basis. The structural maintenance works are allocated into the following Lots: - Lot 1 – Carriageway Machine Surfacing - Lot 2 – Carriageway Surface Dressing - Lot 3 – Carriageway Microsurfacing - Lot 4 – Footway Reconstructions and Surface Treatments - Lot 5 – General Civils This procurement process is a two stage process and you will only be invited to tender if you have been successful at the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage. If you wish to be considered you must complete and submit a completed PQQ by the Closing date and time Submissions cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time.
