It will achieve that by focusing on three strategic themes, the second of which makes clear the importance of ONR’s people in delivering the strategy. This recognises that the organisation needs to be underpinned by a stable, sustainable, well‐resourced, competent, flexible and accountable team of people who, inter alia, maintain public trust by demonstrating responsibility and accountability in the use of public money and achieve value for money. The efficiency and effectiveness of the operating model is fundamental to the achievement of these outcomes. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/6c106b8f-adc8-11e6-9901-0019b9f3037b) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
