The HPC safety case documentation to support this activity is large and complex and a full assessment by ONR of Fault Studies aspects requires input from a number of specialists and skill areas. 1.2 Nuclear safety aspects of the construction, commissioning and operation of the site will be regulated by ONR via a series of regulatory permissioning points under specific Licence Conditions attached to the HPC site licence.
