The scheme should reflect the views expressed in the Popley MUGA consultation report document (Appendix I). A budget of up to £85,000.00 is available for this project. THE PROJECT MUST TO BE COMPLETED BY THE 24TH MARCH 2017 AT THE LATEST - THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.
