The Commissioner is looking for suitably qualified providers who have experience of delivering Primary Care Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire in accordance with the Equality Act2010 and maintain an inclusive culture which promotes dignity and respect for all in line with national guidance and local requirements. Additional information: Arden and GEM CSU is managing this Procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015(the “Regulations”). The Service is being procured under “Schedule 3 — Social and Other Specific Services”. The Contracting Authority will be using an eTendering system in this procurement exercise.
