Primarily, the cameras shall be monitored via the Council’s CCTV and Concierge control room at Roway Lane in Oldbury, but shall also be capable of being monitored via Wi-Fi access from a laptop with pre-installed software. The contract period will be for 6 months starting on 30th November 2016. The total estimated value excluding VAT for the duration of the contract is £80,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. The Quoted prices will remain fixed for 6 months.
