To facilitate this first class redevelopment Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a Project Manager with extensive previous project management experience of delivering wet leisure projects (RIBA stages C-L) to provide project management services in connection with the redevelopment of its Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre.
