The tender is in line with the Council's Learning Disability Strategy 2014-17 (available at [richmond.gov.uk](https://www.richmond.gov.uk)) and is part of developing services that have a person centred partnership approach to individuals with learning disabilities. This is Phase One of a 3-year commissioning programme for Learning Disability Services. The tender for Phase One is in three lots consisting of 8 supported living properties (including new properties) and 4 residential care properties, with a mixture of in house services and externally provided services. The contract is for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The tender has now been published on the London Tenders portal ([londontenders.org](https://www.londontenders.org)) and the tender documents can be accessed via registering for free on the London Tenders portal website.
