To date the programme has been very successful delivering a number of schemes which are now complete and housing Council tenants. We also have a number of sites currently in development. Brief description of the works: Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Clerk of Works to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) for the following sites: - Wood House, HP2 7DE – 79 units (planning reference: 4/03252/15/MFA) - Stationers Place, HP3 9RH – 31 units (planning reference: 4/03344/15/MFA) - Martindale, HP1 2QS – 65\* units (planning reference: 4/01587/16/MFA) - Swing Gate Lane, HP1 2LJ – 12 units (planning reference: 4/01895/15/MFA) - Northend Garage Site, Hemel Hempstead – 4 units\* - Westerdale Garage Site, Hemel Hempstead – 10 units\* - awaiting full planning approval.
