The purpose of this work is to inform the production of the Hailsham Area Action Plan by providing detailed information to aid the selection of development sites and to devise site specific ecological and landscape policies. Where applicable, the work will also assist in the production of Neighbourhood Plans, and provide a sound evidence base to be used in the determination of planning applications.
