These two service elementswill be advertised as seperate lots - Lot 1 - Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS),Locally Branded as Wolverhampton Health Advocacy Services (WHACS) Lot 2 - HealthWatch Wolverhampton(HWW) The service shall commence for a period of 3 years from 1st April 2016 with an option to extend byup to a further 24 months thereafter.
