The works are detailed in the drawings listed in Clause A11-110 and Specification, summarised as follows: - Commission an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey report prior to the Works commencing, and provide report to Employer - Remove existing doors, ironmongery, frames, linings and architraves as indicated on the drawings and dispose off site - Supply and install replacement doors, ironmongery, frames, linings and architraves as detailed on the Drawings, Specifications and Price List - Decorate the new timberwork in accordance with the Specification and Price List - Repairs to fire stopping with intumescent foam in the areas indicated within the Price List in accordance with the Specifications.
