The framework will consist of five separate lots: - Lot 1 A: Standard support with accommodation - Lot 1 B: Enhanced support with accommodation - Lot 1 C: 24-Hour/Intensive support with accommodation - Lot 1 D: Accommodation only - Lot 2 Hillyard Street Housing & Support Service These services will provide tailored, flexible support to vulnerable young people, to enable them to access opportunities around education, training, employment and health, and develop the confidence and practical skills needed to live independent lives.
