[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender • Tier 3 Weight Management • Interim Service for 12 months • Service User: Adult The CCG wishes to commission an interim service to enable patients who have been rejected for Tier 4 treatment because they have not undergone Tier 3 (or equivalent services) within the last 6-12 months, to be prioritised and offered a course of treatment on a specialised weight management programme. There may also be additional more recent referrals suitable for Tier 3. The forecast of patient numbers are approximately 50-100 patients suitable for the Tier 3 interim services. A fully integrated obesity pathway is to be commissioned for the longer term to replace this interim service later in 2016. For more information on the procurement please refer to the Memorandum of Information which includes the detailed service specification. Additional information: The CCG is following an Open Procedure procurement process to secure this service. The contract will be for duration of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months in 3-month extension periods. The contract value is estimated at between £70k and £90k per annum.
