It is the intention that Derby Homes will act as the Project Management for the delivery if individual projects under the terms of this framework and will employ individual service providers with the skill set required for the specific areas of work to deliver the projects. The work disciplines that are required within the scope of this framework are for xxcavation and installation of traditional and pile concrete and reinforced concrete foundations, excavation of service trenches, installation of service ducts and installation of drainage. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
