With Local Welfare Support funding coming to an end, Exeter City Council needs to look at new ways of supporting the community to be able to help themselves. The objective of this procurement exercise is to support an alternative to doorstep lending or payday loans. The contract is intended to run for 3 years, therefore it is essential that interested parties can prove their sustainability. Note that the contract value c£36k is an estimate only and the actual contract value will be dependent on a variety of factors. Expressions of interest are now sought and should be emailed to the Interim Corporate Procurement Manager : by no later than noon 17 March 2016.
