Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of a co-ordinated service for provision of enhanced clinical support to 20 Residential Care Homes in south Warwickshire for a pilot period of 12 months. The contract will be let for a contract term of 1 year pilot with the option to extend for a further 6 months to enable full evaluation of the pilot to be completed. Estimated budget is £166,000. The CCG would like to assess current market appetite to provide this service The outcomes of the event will then determine next steps.
