Please note DCC has a property rationalisation strategy where by the number of its premises is likely to change/ reduce over time. The contract typically but not exclusively covers Schools who subscribe to the Devon Maintenance Partnership, Academies who subscribe to the Devon Academies Maintenance Agreement operated by NPS SW Ltd, Children's Centres, Social Care Units, Offices, other Corporate Buildings.
