This opportunity seeks Suppliers to deliver high volume of relatively small value jobs (up to a maximum of £1,000.00 per job, however, majority being considerably smaller); often within a short timescale, e.g. to enable hospital discharges. It is therefore most suited for smaller, locally based businesses. \*\*\*PLEASE NOTE: There will be another similar contract advertised later this year for works exceeding £1,000.\*\*\* The Authority wishes to form a framework agreement with multiple suppliers as follows: - General building 3 Suppliers - Joinery/carpentry 3 Suppliers - Plumbing 2 Suppliers - Electrical 2 Suppliers PLEASE STIPULATE THE LOT APPLIED FOR ON YOUR TENDER RESPONSE DOCUMENT.
