This contract will deliver specialist support work, under a combination of the fluctuating needs, health related issues and communication needs, along with autism spectrum needs and other assessed social care needs to clients in the Hayling and South Havant area. The contract will start on 31.10.2016 and will end on 30.10.2017 initially. There will be an option, at the Council's sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period of up to 1 year, giving a maximum contract length of 2 years in total if the extension is taken up.
