The park is used predominantly by children from toddlers to about 11 years. Residents in the immediate area have been consulted and a report containing comments regarding what sort of equipment they would like to see is appended (Appendix 1). The park should also seek to cater for the needs of young people with disabilities and in these cases may need to consider older children. ### Work to be Undertaken New equipment should be provided on the same or a larger footprint. Full specification, Images of the site and a survey of residents comments are are appended The tender is divided into lots as it may be that more than one bidder to undertake parts of the work, and will facilitate a phasing of work across the site.
