E.g. Items could be purchased from the supplier by STEAM or Lydiard for re-sale in the shop or products could be promoted in the shops (and on the website) for direct sale by the supplier with a commission being paid to STEAM or Lydiard. The contract/s will be issued to contractor/s for a one-year period commencing 27 July 2015, with the potential to extend for a further 12 months to a maximum of two-years until 24 July 2017. The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% price and 30% quality. Notification of intent and clarifications to the tender may be submitted up to 12 noon local UK time on 29 May 2015 by email to Ian Surtees at All clarifications relating to the tender will be posted on the Supplying the South West portal and contractors will be required to check on a regular basis. You will not be automatically notified when an update to the clarification log is made. Responses are required to be submitted in alignment with the tender document no later than 12 noon local UK time on 5 June 2015.
