The works include: • Full rewire of blocks A & C • Full re-plumb of blocks A & C • Decoration to block B bedrooms • Refurbishment of Bathrooms • Refurbishment of Bedrooms • Refurbishment of Communal areas • Replacement boiler system • New upgraded incoming electrical main • New furniture where required There are three blocks, A, B and C. Block A houses 21 bedrooms, Block B 32 rooms and Block C 139 rooms.
