It's the council's intention to award all works to one Principal consultant. The Contract is anticipated to commence on approximately 9th January 2017 and will continue for a period of 8 weeks and defects liability period starts 10th March 2017 until 10th March 2018 unless the timings is unachievable by the tendering contractors, or is terminated by the employer in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
