## About this tender

Sellafield Ltd are proposing to tender a future requirement of Plug Valves to support the SCP project. As part of the early market engagement activities, Sellafield Ltd are making available the functional specification and the proposed contract terms, which will govern the supply of the valves to the organisation, for the supply chain to review and feedback with any comments. Sellafield Ltd are particularly interested in understanding from the supply chain comments if any areas of the proposed functional specification and contract terms may cause issues with a decision to tender.

In order to view the functional specification and draft contract terms for this procurement, please view the documents attached to this PIN, which appear within the 'Additional Information' section of this entry on Sellafield Ltd's e-procurement system, Complete Tender Management (CTM) - [sharedsystems.eu-supply.com/login.asp](https://sharedsystems.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=SELLAFIELD). In order to provide comments on these documents, please use either the CTM messaging system, following registration to the system, or send to Rob McGarel via email - . Please be aware that Sellafield Ltd may choose to hold a supplier engagement event, which will be centred around the feedback we receive from this PIN, and will be open for all interested parties to attend.
