The provider appointed to manage the ongoing validation service must ensure that third party non-domestic software applications (software applications), submitted for validation, deliver acceptable results for calculating, and the means of expressing, the energy performance of buildings. Additional information: To participate in any possible future procurement which results from this Request For Proposal, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite.
