The Council has determined - under regulation 46 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - that it would not be viable for the Council to sub divide the contract into smaller lots due to the close geographic spread of the borough and the need to set unified rates for service to residents and therefore requires a single contractor to deliver this service. . Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
