The service will provide daily phone calls to schools by staff appropriately trained, including in safeguarding. The phone based dimension of the service will be complimented by a secure web based service providing a full range of reports and alerts. The web system must be capable of rapid integration with existing local authority systems. Because of the very high level of vulnerability for the young people involved in this service, a demonstrable and extensive track record in delivering a quality service in this area of work is an essential requirement.
