The aim of this ITT is to refine user requirements for two product types, Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalised Difference Water Index (NDWI), develop open source means of automating these from analysis ready Sentinel 2 data, and to deliver products for the 2016/17 financial year needed across EODIP applications. The goal is to provide a simple EO derived product set that can be used in a range of simple classification and change detection applications using existing analytical and Geographical Information (GI) capabilities without the need for specialist EO processing knowledge, broadening the impact of EO quickly.
