Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. Please submit your request to quotation no later than 12 noon on 28th October 2016. We anticipate the quotations will be sent out on 1st November 2016 with a return date of 18th November 2016.
