The expenditure for the provision of catering services is estimated to be no greater than £60,000 per annum. This figure is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of business that will be generated. The total value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement is estimated to be no more than £240,000. The framework agreement will subject to earlier termination be for a period of 3 years effective from 1st February 2015 to 31st January 2018, with the option to extend for a further 12 month period until 31st January 2019. The Council is following the Open procedure for this procurement exercise and the I T T and related documents will be available to Tenderers upon an expression of interest on the Sandwell M B C In-tend Supplier Portal. The Council is under no obligation to respond to any enquiries received after this date. I T Ts must be submitted through the Sandwell M B C In-tend Supplier Portal by no later than 15:00hrs on 16th January 2015 which is the date fixed for submission of responses to the I T T.
